ElleJewels reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the item does not meet our stated return criteria. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper handling or wear after delivery.

By making a purchase from ElleJewels, you acknowledge and agree to our return and refund terms as outlined. We do not guarantee exchanges for items that are:

Returned without prior approval
Received beyond the stated return window
Damaged, worn, or missing packaging

Refund policies may be updated at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review our most current policy before making a purchase.

We are not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. In such cases, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping provider.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

You must request an exchange within 14 days (2 weeks) of the purchase date.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging and tags attached.
You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.

How to Request an Exchange

Your full name
The item you wish to exchange
Reason for the exchange

Once we approve the exchange, we will provide instructions for exchanging your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be exchanged:

Earrings
Custom or personalized pieces
Final sale items
