All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please allow additional processing time during high-volume periods, sales, or holidays.

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers.

Standard Shipping is 5–7 business days

3. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, ElleJewels is not responsible for carrier-related delays, weather issues, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

 6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven't received your package:

• Double-check your address and surroundings

• Wait 24 hours in case of a delay

• Then contact the carrier directly

ElleJewels is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please file a claim with the carrier.
